Racing up Watkins Glen.

 Not the race circuit at Watkins Glen, I know I should wash my mouth out but there is another attraction in Watkins Glen, the gorge, a winding treck along the path of the gorge with 800 steps all uphill on the way out, including 180 at the end called Jacobs ladder, the last version of Jacobs ladder I climbed was at Cheddar gorge, maybe they reserve the name for especially steep staircases!.
 Coming down was actually worse on the legs and back and more worrying with the slippery slate paths but rewarding to be able to say I have done it.
